Navigatorhr is seeking a Brand Manager in Lahore with 2–4 years of experience in brand management, fashion, retail, or related fields. The role focuses on developing brand strategy, driving sales, and coordinating campaigns across channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to strengthen the brand, execute launches, and monitor performance using market data and KPI tracking. Competitive salary offered.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Fashion, Retail, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, positioning, and direction.
• Maintain and strengthen the brand's persona, DNA, identity, tone, and visual language across platforms.
• Develop strategies translating brand awareness into sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Plan and manage product launches, seasonal collections, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and management to identify sales opportunities and growth areas.
• Develop marketing campaigns aimed at driving store visits, online traffic, conversions, and product sales.
• Monitor performance and propose strategies to improve sales of high-performing collections.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Plan and oversee fashion campaigns, photoshoots, and social media campaigns with commercial focus.
• Ensure content represents the brand and supports product visibility and sales objectives.
• Work with Content, Social Media, Graphic Design, PR, E-commerce, and Sales teams for coordination.
• Manage influencer collaborations, PR, brand partnerships, and promotional campaigns based on impact on growth and sales.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for new campaigns, collaborations, and sales channels.
