Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer for Lahore, on-site, to drive retail and online sales growth and strengthen Enertia's premium positioning.

You will blend sales execution with product understanding, translating engineering excellence into value for end customers and retail partners, with a strong emphasis on channel expansion and brand storytelling. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and product teams, and supporting campaigns and activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Engineering preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant sales or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Retail & Online Sales: Drive sales through retail outlets and dealer networks, ensuring strong in-store presence and product visibility.
• Online Sales Growth: Support and scale sales across online channels and marketplaces, improving conversion and customer experience.
• Sales Strategy Support: Execute sales plans across residential and commercial segments.
• Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail partners and sales channels aligned with Enertia's premium positioning.
• Product Storytelling: Communicate Enertia's engineering, design, and quality advantages clearly to customers and partners.
• On-Ground & Digital Support: Support digital campaigns, in-store activations, and promotions to drive leads and sales.
