You will develop and execute structured sales plans based on market variables and customer needs, consistently hit monthly targets, enhance the bank's image with a welcoming, vibrant branch environment, grow the customer base through new acquisitions and deeper relationships, foster cross-selling across channels, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured sales plans based on market variables and customers' needs.
• Consistent delivery of sales numbers with a view to remain at par with the monthly target.
• Enhancement of the bank's image by maintaining a customer friendly and vibrant environment within the branch and close contact with other service providers and external business partners.
• Business development, through typical activities like Formulating, implementing/monitoring of future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and aligning these with the business goals.
• Foster a culture for teamwork through encouraging cross-selling efforts across all channels.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs.
