Qualifications

• 8–10 years of banking experience.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets monthly and quarterly.
• Lead development and execution of sales plans based on market knowledge.
• Coordinate marketing of new relationships and product launches.
• Ensure AML compliance and monitor suspicious activity.
• Oversee branch operations and staff performance to ensure service standards.
