Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is seeking a General Banking Officer to support branch operations, handle account openings, respond to customer queries, process non-financial transactions, and assist in asset inventory and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient customer service and handle branch-level banking operations, including account opening and answering customer queries.
• Assist in maintaining fixed assets inventory, security stationery, and administrative support.
• Handle non-financial transactions accurately and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Review service indicators and take steps to achieve targets.
• Cross-sell bank products and prepare reports for submission to CSM and Head Office.
