Job summary

Provox Global is seeking a bilingual Spanish Virtual Assistant to support our dental office in Islamabad. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong organizational skills, and experience in dental administration.

You will handle patient communication, appointment management, insurance verification, Canva-based social media posts, and general office tasks onsite, delivering exceptional service to our diverse patient base. This is an in-person role with a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• At least 2 years in a dental/healthcare environment or similar.
• Experience with patient scheduling and appointment management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information to patients in English and Spanish.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Maintain the dentist's calendar and ensure optimal appointment management.
• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment recalls, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Verify patients' dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collect required patient information and documentation.
• Create and edit engaging social media posts using Canva.
• Respond to messages, comments, and patient inquiries across social media platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling patient inquiries and follow-ups.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily dental office operations.
