Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of BI, reporting, ETL, data integration, or related roles.
• Banking/financial services domain experience and regulatory reporting familiarity.
• Hands-on with report development, ETL, data integration, and data migration.
• Strong SQL skills and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Reporting, ETL, and Data Migration teams.
• Own the technical design and end-to-end delivery of BI and data integration solutions.
• Review ETL architecture, mappings, transformations, and integration processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of operational, MIS, analytical, and regulatory reports.
• Establish development standards and enforce coding best practices.
• Optimize database queries, ETL processes, and reporting performance.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and project stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Maintain solution documentation and knowledge-transfer processes.
