Job summary

CureMD Corporation in Lahore is seeking a Senior BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, with hands-on data integration using Talend and strong SQL skills to drive data-driven decisions.

You will gather requirements, build data models and dashboards, optimize SQL queries, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring data quality and performance across Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data integration, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in Talend for data integration and ETL processes.
• Strong skills in SQL and database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Utilize Talend for ETL processes, ensuring seamless data integration.
• Lead efforts in gathering and analyzing business requirements to design BI solutions that meet specific needs.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support data extraction and transformation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure proper data flow and integration into BI systems.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of data and reports, performing necessary data cleansing and quality checks.
• Manage and enhance reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, optimizing performance.
• Define key metrics and KPIs, and create reports to provide actionable insights for business teams.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across BI initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying best practices to improve BI processes.
