Job summary

Descon Engineering Limited – Risk, Compliance & Sustainability at Corporate, DHQ in Lahore seeks a motivated analyst to support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data analytics solutions. You will gain hands-on exposure to data visualization, reporting, data transformation, and business intelligence in a professional environment.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a related field.
Fresh graduates or project-experience candidates encouraged to apply.
Experience with Power BI and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
Support the development, writing, and testing of DAX measures.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation using Power Query.
Handle data using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data analysis.
Support basic data modelling, including relationships and star schema concepts.
Document report logic, data sources, measures, and visual structures.
Assist in troubleshooting and improving existing reports and dashboards.
Support the team in preparing data-driven insights and management reports.
