Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise BI, reporting, ETL, and data integration solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The role will be responsible for technical leadership, end-to-end solution delivery, data quality, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration across reporting and data integration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Reporting, ETL, and Data Migration teams.
• Own the technical design and delivery of BI, reporting, and data integration solutions.
• Review ETL architecture, data mappings, transformation logic, and integration processes.
• Ensure the timely delivery of accurate operational, MIS, analytical, and regulatory reports.
• Establish development standards, conduct technical reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
• Optimize database queries, ETL processes, and reporting performance.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage delivery plans, technical dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and project stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain solution documentation, technical governance, and knowledge-transfer processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BI, reporting, ETL, data integration, or related technical roles.
• Strong banking and financial services domain experience, including operational, MIS, analytical, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands‑on experience in report development, ETL, data integration, and data migration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Strong SQL development skills with experience in database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing end‑to‑end solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, traceability, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Temenos Transact/Core Banking.
• Knowledge of Temenos Data Hub (TDH).
• Familiarity with enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Experience delivering reporting solutions in complex, high volume banking environments.
