Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a BI Analyst to develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decisions. You will analyze data from multiple sources, track KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and automate reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Power BI, BI, reporting, data analysis, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, charts, and data visualization.
• Experience reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business KPIs and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and interactive dashboards to support business requirements.
• Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Track, monitor, and report key business KPIs and performance metrics.

• Automate repetitive reporting and data‑processing activities using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for reports, dashboards, data models, KPIs, and reporting processes.
• Ensure appropriate data security, access controls, and report permissions.
• Monitor and optimize report and dashboard performance to ensure efficient data consumption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support management and business decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Power BI, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong experience with Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, charts, and data visualization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VBA/Macros and Excel automation.

• Experience in automating manual reporting processes.
• Knowledge of data security and access management within reporting platforms.
