Job summary

ibex is seeking a Data Analytics professional to join the Compliance Analytics team. You will turn data into actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that improve processes and support decisions.

The role covers analytics lifecycle from requirements gathering to dashboarding, data modeling, and governance, using SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, dbt, and Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• Essential 4–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with data extraction, transformation, and optimisation.
• Strong experience creating dashboards/reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong Python for automation, scripting, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience designing and maintaining data models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical/analytical solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics initiatives from requirements to deployment.
