Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a BI Analyst to develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decisions. You will analyze data from multiple sources, track KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and automate reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills with Power BI, DAX, and advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas. Contractual employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Power BI, BI, reporting, data analysis, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, charts, and data visualization.
• Experience reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business KPIs and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
• Analyze data and generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Track and report key KPIs and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain Power BI data models, relationships, calculated columns, and DAX measures.
• Validate data accuracy across multiple sources.
• Prepare regular management and ad-hoc reports.
• Manage data refresh schedules and monitor report performance.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards.
• Perform advanced data analysis with Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/Macros.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources and coordinate with stakeholders.
