Responsibilities

• Follow verification policy – adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Update systems after customer calls.
• Achieve monthly targets and KPI targets for card acquisition.
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote banking products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Handling of all customer issues and resolve promptly; escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of approvals, requests and reports handled.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about product services.
• Address concerns and resolve complaints efficiently; compile daily MIS.
