Responsabilités

• Manage the existing liability portfolio and maintain strong client relationships within the branch.
• Meet assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell, and new-to-bank targets as directed by management.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and advising customers on financial products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) while onboarding new accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, transactions, and due diligence documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Cultivate ongoing professional relationships with customers to consistently provide a superior customer experience and support retention.
• Support branch business volume growth by actively promoting bank products and services aligned with customer profiles and business objectives.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet targets within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards.
