Nadeem's Buffet in Lahore is seeking a Bakery Chef to prepare fresh, attractive, and consistently high-quality bakery items for buffet service, events, and special occasions. The role supports menu quality, efficient kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, presentation, and portion control.

You will plan daily production, monitor temperatures and texture, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients. Strong knowledge of Arabian desserts and finishing techniques is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in bakery and pastry production including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and finishing techniques.
• Strong understanding of mixing, proofing, baking, cooling, filling, decorating, and product storage processes.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately while adjusting production for buffet service and private events.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergen awareness, temperature control, and stock rotation.
