Job summary

Nadeem's Buffet in Lahore is seeking a seasoned restaurant supervisor to manage front-of-house operations and buffet presentation during shifts. You will lead service staff, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate with kitchen and events teams, and monitor standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality, strong organisational skills, and a customer-first mindset. Weekend and holiday availability is expected; Urdu and English proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant/hospitality operations with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house service and buffet operations.
• Ability to schedule, supervise, motivate, and evaluate teams in fast-paced settings.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, inventory control, waste reduction and cost management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with a customer focus.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Urdu and working English preferred.
