Job summary

HR Ways is hiring an Assistant Manager Business Development for onsite roles in Lahore and Karachi. You will lead lead generation, manage client relationships, and conduct product demonstrations to drive ERP/HCM software sales.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HCM/ERP software sales, a Marketing degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HCM/ERP software sales.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record in software sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop client relationships.
• Present product demonstrations to educate clients about products and services.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to meet client needs.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver onsite and online product demonstrations and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
