Job summary

Phoenix Coderex in Lahore is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the complete sales cycle for our HRMS SaaS product. You will drive new client acquisition and help shape our go-to-market strategy, working directly with the Founder/CEO.

You will demo HRMS SaaS, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with HR leaders and other decision-makers to close deals. This is an onsite, night-shift role targeting growth in a fast-paced early-stage company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in HR-Tech, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, or Enterprise Software is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience conducting SaaS product demos.
• Strong understanding of the HR software buying process.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate with decision-makers.
• Experience working with CRM and maintaining sales pipelines.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Connect with HR Heads, Founders, CEOs, Operations Managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct HRMS SaaS product demos and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Track competitor pricing, customer objections, market trends, and feature gaps.
• Share market insights directly with the Founder/Product team.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
