Job summary

Integriti Group Inc. is seeking a sharp SDR to join our growth team in Lahore (DHA Phase 4). You will target E-commerce brands and other B2B verticals, evaluating prospects and engaging C-level decision-makers.

You’ll lead with strategic outbound calls, manage CRM records, and qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline. Night shift experience and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in B2B Cold Calling and outbound sales prospecting.
• Prior experience dealing with E-commerce clients is highly preferred.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to assess a client's persona and decide whether a lead is worth pursuit.
• Resilience, results-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Persona Evaluation & Prospecting: research prospects across multiple verticals, focus on E-commerce, evaluate brand presence to determine qualified leads.
• High-Impact Cold Calling: outbound calls to key decision-makers, positioning premium B2B solutions.
• Conversation Navigation: handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, steer dialogue toward a meeting.
• Lead Qualification: identify core pain points and qualify opportunities on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• CRM Management: maintain clean records of outreach, personas, and pipeline status.
