DevDimensions, LLC is seeking a proactive entry-level sales enthusiast to help bring ChordHR to new companies in Lahore. You will learn B2B software sales from scratch by working directly with the founder to identify target companies and schedule demos.

Responsibilities include building lead lists, reaching out via multiple channels, joining and eventually running demos, and maintaining CRM accuracy while reporting weekly progress and gathering product feedback from customers.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in business, marketing or a related field.
• Confident speaking English and Urdu, on the phone and in person.
• Organised, persistent, and comfortable with targets.
• Interested in technology and how businesses work.

Responsabilités

• Research and build lead lists of companies.
• Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to book demos.
• Join demos and learn to run them yourself.
• Follow up with prospects and keep the CRM up to date.
• Gather customer questions and feedback for the product team.
• Report your weekly pipeline: leads, demos, follow-ups and deals.
