Job summary

Pintern is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for HRMS and SaaS products in Pakistan. The role focuses on lead generation, cold outreach, product demonstrations, and closing new business through engagement with key decision-makers.

You will develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage follow-ups, and meet monthly targets while coordinating with internal teams for tailored demonstrations and proposals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS, HRMS, ERP, or payroll software.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Ability to conduct online product demos.
• Target-driven with performance-based commission.
• Good understanding of the Pakistan market.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, calls, email and other channels.
• Identify companies that can benefit from HRMS and SaaS solutions.
• Connect with HR Managers, Business Owners, CEOs and other decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable SaaS solutions.
• Conduct online product demonstrations.
• Manage follow-ups and the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly sales targets and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline reports.
