Job summary

TechXaro in Lahore is seeking a driven Business Development Intern to identify growth opportunities and craft strategies that boost sales. You will generate new business, secure projects on Upwork, LinkedIn, and similar platforms, and present tailored proposals for web development, digital marketing, and tech projects.

You will target local and international clients, build strong relationships for repeat business, and report weekly on pipeline, deals, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of sales and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in local and international markets.
• Generate qualified leads via Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn.
• Write tailored proposals for web development, digital marketing, and tech projects.
• Attend virtual meetings and sales calls with clients.
• Maintain client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports.
