• Excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills while contributing to both individual and team revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads provided by Sales Executives into successful sales.
• Take ownership of individual and team sales targets and contribute toward achieving and exceeding monthly revenue goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, sales quotas, and performance targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs.
• Professionally present the company's services and clearly communicate their value.
• Handle client objections, concerns, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide clients throughout the sales process and assist them in completing payments successfully.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain consistent communication until deals are closed.
• Receive qualified lead handovers from Sales Executives and nurture them through the entire sales cycle. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and closed deals in the company's reporting system.
• Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance feedback to management.
• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a strong commitment to achieving company objectives.
