Responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads via calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Conduct outbound outreach to warm prospects when required.
• Qualify leads based on fit, need, timeline, and authority.
• Document pain points and qualification details in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings or pass qualified opportunities to the AE.
• Follow up to improve show rates and lead conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
