Job summary

Simply Connect is seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth through multi-channel outbound engagement. You will initiate conversations with decision-makers, navigate longer sales cycles, and deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, build targeted prospect lists in CRM systems, and qualify leads through discovery conversations before handing them to sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outbound outreach or sales development (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, account-based selling, and lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, concise messaging for C-suite and senior-level audiences.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to align outreach efforts with pipeline and revenue targets.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimize based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting B2B decision-makers.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using CRM and sales intelligence tools.
• Craft personalized, high-converting outreach sequences that resonate with B2B buyer personas and pain points.
• Conduct account-based research to identify key stakeholders, triggers, and entry points within target organizations.
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations and transition warm prospects to the sales team with detailed context.
• Track and analyze outreach performance metrics and continuously test/iterate approaches.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM data and provide regular feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and market intelligence.
