Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of BD/Sales experience.
• Experience with B2B outbound prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify target clients in markets and industries.
• Outbound Outreach: Reach out via LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels.
• Lead Qualification: Understand requirements and qualify opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Keep prospect/lead data up-to-date and move opportunities forward.
• CRM Management: Record all outreach activities and interactions accurately.
• Follow-ups: Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups to improve meetings.
• Sales Coordination: Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities.
• Market Research: Study target companies, industries, decision-makers and market trends.
• Reporting: Track outreach activity, responses, meetings booked and lead progression.
• Process Improvement: Identify ways to optimize prospecting and qualification processes.
