• A/O Levels or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in sales consulting or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and multilingual in Arabic, French and German.
• Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation across 15 regions with focus on DNFBP sectors.
• Import and format lead data into Microsoft OneDrive.
• Datamanagement: clean records, fix errors, remove duplicates, validate emails and contacts.
• Tag and organize leads by business type for targeted outreach.
• Conduct market research to fill missing information or build new lead databases.
• Execute email outreach campaigns to targeted leads.
• Monitor email engagement and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Conduct sales calls to qualify interest and address queries.
• Schedule product demos and hand over qualified leads to sales.
• Coordinate with sales to track lead progress and update statuses in CRM.
• Work with marketing for campaign content and outreach details.
• Share end-of-day updates on activity.
