Qualifications

4–6+ years in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Strategy.
Strong B2B experience, preferably international markets.
Proven ability to conduct market, competitor, and audience research.
Understanding ICP development, buyer personas, customer journeys, and funnels.
Experience across content, paid media, SEO, email, social, and CRM.
Knowledge of lead generation and demand-generation strategies.
Ability to analyze marketing data and translate into actions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, content, performance, sales).
Excellent communication, presentation, research and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Market & Audience Strategy: research target markets, ICPs, and buyers.

Positioning & Messaging: craft value propositions and messaging frameworks.
