Job summary

Creative Chaos is seeking a skilled Cold Email Marketing Specialist to build and execute outbound email campaigns targeting decision-makers across the U.S., Europe, and MENA. You will use Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn to identify prospects, craft personalized sequences, and drive qualified meetings for the sales team.

The role blends technical deliverability (domain warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox health) with creative messaging, testing, and optimization to improve engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in email marketing or a similar role.
• Experience building high-quality prospect lists with LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and similar data mining tools.
• Ability to segment leads by ICPs (startups, SaaS, tech ventures, enterprises) and personalize outreach.
• Experience setting up and optimizing cold email campaigns with automation tools.
• Strong focus on deliverability, inbox health, and spam monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery.
• Design and optimize visually appealing email templates.
• Manage and maintain the email marketing database.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve email effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with email marketing innovations.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
