Job summary

OptimaGeeks is seeking an experienced B2B Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, strengthen the sales pipeline, and expand into international markets. This onsite role is based in Johar Town, Lahore.

You will drive LinkedIn prospecting, manage CRM and outreach automation, and develop technical proposals, RFPs, BRDs, and SOWs for USA, EU, and MENA, while guiding strategic outreach and team collaboration to close high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B business development experience.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, and Instantly.ai.
• Knowledge of CRM, Zapier/Make, and outreach automation.
• Experience targeting international markets (USA, EU, and MENA).
• Ability to develop technical proposals, RFPs, BRDs, and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client acquisition and grow the B2B sales pipeline.
• Run LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
• Use tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Instantly.ai for outreach.
• Manage CRM and outreach automation with Zapier or Make.
