Tracksion, an AI automation and software agency, seeks a sales professional to own the phone from first dial to signed contract and run high-volume outbound calls into US markets. You will qualify leads, book demos, present AI solutions, handle objections, and close deals.

You will manage your pipeline, keep the CRM accurate daily, and provide feedback to the team while hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. A base salary with uncapped commissions awaits in a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• Proven cold calling experience with stamina for high call volume.
• Clear spoken English and a confident phone presence.
• Hands on experience with CRMs and pipeline tracking.
• Understanding of B2B sales and genuine interest in AI and automation.
• Resilience under pressure and consistency over motivation.
• Call center, inside sales, or business development background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the phone from first dial to signed contract.
• Run high volume outbound calls into US markets.
• Qualify leads and book demos onto the calendar.
• Present our AI automation and lead generation solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close the deal.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up until you get a yes or a no.
• Keep the CRM clean and accurate, every single day.
• Feed script and lead quality feedback back to the team.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
