Qualificações

• Lead risk management operations and ensure regulatory compliance with SBP and other authorities.
• Direct management of a team of two risk professionals.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and uphold risk policies.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor regulatory compliance with SBP guidelines, internal policies, and SOPs.
• Manage general banking activities ensuring adherence to policies and regs.
• Oversee regulatory submissions to SBP and other authorities; ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a control book tracking regulations, compliance statuses, and processes.
• Lead a team of two risk professionals with guidance and performance management.
• Analyze risk data to identify exposures and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and enforce operational risk frameworks and controls.
• Prepare audit reports and address findings promptly.
• Collaborate with departments to update risk management policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes from SBP, FIA, ANF, NAB; update processes.
• Coordinate responses to audit findings and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions on risk assessment and compliance.
