• Research publications: minimum 5 in HEC recognized journals.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in areas of expertise.
• Develop innovative curricula, hybrid learning models, and simulation-based clinical training modules.
• Chair and serve on doctoral dissertation and master's thesis committees.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Maintain an active research program in speech, language, swallowing, voice, cognitive-communication, or hearing sciences.
• Secure external research funding from national foundations or partners.
• Publish research findings in premier peer-reviewed journals.
• Foster interdisciplinary research collaborations across health sciences, neurology, pediatrics, and biomedical engineering.
• Provide expert clinical supervision or consultation in specialized clinical areas as needed.
• Embed Evidence-Based Practice frameworks into academic and clinical preparation.
• Serve on College, Departmental, and University committees.
• Hold leadership roles in national professional associations.
• Mentor junior faculty in grant writing, research, and teaching.
