Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and other academic activities relevant to the assigned discipline.
• Develop and update lecture materials, course outlines, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
• Apply student-centred and evidence-based teaching methodologies.
• Facilitate clinical, laboratory, or practical learning sessions, where applicable.
• Contribute to curriculum design, review, and implementation in accordance with university and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate examinations, assignments, presentations, and other student assessments.
• Maintain accurate academic records and submit grades and assessment results within prescribed timelines.
• Participate in curriculum mapping, program reviews, and accreditation-related activities.
• Conduct and contribute to research projects relevant to the assigned discipline.
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.
• Support research proposals, grant applications, and collaborative research initiatives.
• Supervise or co-supervise student research projects, where appropriate.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and feedback to students.
• Monitor student progress and support initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain appropriate office hours and provide consultation to students.
• Promote professional conduct, ethical practice, and academic integrity.
