Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-time
ImagineArt is a creative AI platform used by millions of people in almost every country. They generate images and video with every leading model from one prompt bar.
More and more of them work through Imagine Computer, our AI agent. It chats, remembers, and does the work: it builds and deploys websites, writes docs, sheets and slides, produces motion design, and runs scheduled tasks across 500+ connected apps.
Our users range from hobbyists making one image for fun to founders and store owners producing whole brand campaigns. We build at the frontier of generative AI, so much of what our users touch is brand new.
Growth is how ImagineArt keeps winning without outside money. Every week, millions of people land on the product for the first time. Some make one image and leave. Others become paying users who run their whole creative workflow through us. The gap between those two outcomes is where this role lives.
We\'re hiring an Associate Product Manager, Growth to help close that gap. You\'ll work alongside senior PMs on the numbers that decide our trajectory: activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.
You\'ll find where users drop off, work out why, ship experiments to fix it, and tell the company what you learned. This is a hands-on role: most of your week is spent in funnels, dashboards, and experiment docs, not slide decks.
Track the core growth metrics across web and mobile: signup, first generation, first agent task, free-to-paid conversion, retention, and churn.
Map the funnels that matter most (onboarding, the prompt bar, Imagine Computer\'s first run, paywall, and checkout) and find exactly where and why users drop off.
Plan, set up, and analyze A/B tests on onboarding, pricing, paywalls, credits, and feature discovery, then document what worked and what didn\'t.
Work with Design and Engineering to scope growth experiments small enough to ship in days, not months.
Partner with Marketing on lifecycle touchpoints (email, push, and in-app) that bring users back and move them to paid.
Study how users adopt new models and agent features at launch, and turn the patterns into onboarding and discovery improvements.
Analyze cohorts to understand which users stay, which leave, and what separates them.
Study competitors\' onboarding, pricing, and growth loops, and turn what you find into testable ideas.
Write PRDs, experiment briefs, and release notes, and keep them current.
Share a weekly readout with product leadership: what moved, what didn\'t, and what to try next.
1 to 3 years in product, growth, analytics, or business analysis, ideally at a consumer app or SaaS product.
Hands-on experience with at least one product analytics tool: Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, or similar.
A working grasp of funnels, cohorts, retention curves, and A/B testing basics, including sample size and statistical significance.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. You can take a messy export and turn it into a clear answer.
Daily, hands-on use of generative AI tools. You know what makes a first result feel like magic and what makes someone close the tab.
Excellent written English. You can explain what an experiment showed, and what to do next, in three plain sentences.
Product sense. You look at a drop-off and form a hypothesis, not just a chart.
Speed and ownership. You\'d rather ship a small test this week than a perfect one next quarter.
Based in Islamabad or willing to relocate to Islamabad.
Basic SQL or Python for pulling and analyzing your own data.
Experience with experimentation or feature-flag tools such as Firebase Remote Config, Statsig, or Optimizely.
Exposure to pricing, paywalls, subscriptions, or credit-based monetization.
Experience at a fast-growing consumer app or AI company.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Business.
A side project, app, or channel you\'ve grown yourself.
Real revenue, real users, no VC treadmill. Decisions are made by engineers and founders, fast.
Your experiments ship to millions of users, and you see results within days.
Mentorship from senior PMs and a clear path to Growth PM.
Full-time, based in Islamabad.
