Job summary

ImagineArt is hiring an Associate Product Manager, Growth to close the gap between free users and paying customers. You will own experiments in onboarding, pricing, and discovery, and work with design, engineering, and marketing to improve activation, conversion, and retention.

You will analyze funnels, cohorts, and experiment outcomes, then report learnings to product leadership and iterate quickly. Based in Islamabad, you will influence product decisions in a fast-moving AI-driven platform.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in product, growth, analytics, or business analysis in a consumer app or SaaS product.
• Hands-on with at least one product analytics tool: Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, or similar.
• Knowledge of funnels, cohorts, retention curves, and A/B testing basics with statistical thinking.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; able to transform messy data into clear answers.
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI tools to inform experiments and decisions.
• Excellent written English; able to explain results and next steps succinctly.
• Product sense: hypothesize causes of drop-offs and propose tests, not just charts.
• Speed and ownership: ship small tests quickly, even if imperfect.
• Based in Islamabad or willing to relocate to Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Track core growth metrics across web and mobile: signup, first generation, paid conversion, retention, churn.
• Map critical onboarding and checkout funnels to identify drop-off points and causes.
• Plan, run, and learn from A/B tests on onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and feature discovery.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to scope tests small enough to ship in days.
• Coordinate with Marketing on lifecycle touchpoints to re-engage and convert users.
• Study model adoption at launch and translate findings into onboarding improvements.
• Analyze cohorts to understand stay vs. churn drivers across segments.
• Research competitors’ onboarding, pricing, and growth loops for testable ideas.
• Write PRDs, experiment briefs, and release notes; keep leadership updated weekly.
• Share a concise readout with product leadership on wins, misses, and next steps.
