ImagineArt is seeking a Growth Product Manager (Organic Social) to design and scale its organic growth engine. You’ll own the experimentation cycle from identifying opportunities to launching campaigns and analyzing performance, partnering with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Engineering to expand organic reach.
The role emphasizes understanding platform distribution, rapid experimentation, and building scalable growth loops that reach millions of users globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Product Growth, Growth Marketing, Organic Social, or similar growth-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge of how major platforms distribute content and how to leverage that for growth.
- Proven experimentation mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, Python or scripting.

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager (Organic Social) to build and scale our organic growth engine.
This isn’t a traditional social media management role. We aren’t looking for someone to manage a content calendar.
We’re looking for someone who understands how modern platforms distribute content, identifies emerging opportunities before they become obvious, and continuously experiments with new growth strategies.
You’ll own the entire experimentation cycle—from identifying opportunities and launching campaigns to analyzing performance and scaling successful growth loops.
Working closely with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Leadership, you’ll help define how ImagineArt grows organically across the world’s largest social platforms.
- Design, launch, and optimize organic growth experiments across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Discover platform trends, algorithm shifts, and distribution opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Build repeatable organic growth loops across different products, audiences, and use cases.
- Rapidly launch experiments, measure results, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or discontinue initiatives within days.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Creative teams to build growth-focused initiatives.
- Define success metrics and analyze performance using product analytics and social metrics.
- Develop systems that improve content distribution, user acquisition, and product awareness through organic channels.
- Continuously test new formats, messaging, creators, and distribution strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience in Product Growth, Growth Marketing, Organic Social, Consumer Growth, or a similar growth-focused role.
- Deep understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms distribute content.
- Strong experimentation mindset with a bias toward shipping quickly and learning from data.
- Comfortable working with analytics, dashboards, spreadsheets, SQL, Python, or light scripting.
- Ability to connect product features with growth opportunities instead of thinking only about content.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience growing AI, SaaS, or consumer technology products.
- Experience building creator partnerships or community-led growth programs.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.
- Experience using automation tools or AI workflows to accelerate experimentation.
- Personal experience growing social channels, newsletters, communities, or digital products.
- Consistently shipping and validating growth experiments.
- Building repeatable organic acquisition loops instead of one-off viral moments.
- Increasing qualified organic traffic and product adoption.
- Using data to explain why experiments succeeded or failed.
- Strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Creating scalable systems that compound organic growth over time.
