ImagineArt in Islamabad is hiring an Associate Product Manager – Growth to partner with senior product and growth leaders. You will identify opportunities, design experiments, and optimize the user journey from discovery to activation and retention.
In this role you’ll focus on organic acquisition across platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, turning insights into clear briefs, user stories, and actionable growth plans. This is an on‑site, full‑time position at NSTP.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, or marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Fundamental understanding of product funnels and activation.
- Familiar with major social platforms and audience reach.
- Comfort using spreadsheets to analyze data for decisions.
- Strong written communication and willingness to ship and iterate.
- Interest in generative AI and consumer tech.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at NSTP, Islamabad.

As our products scale globally, we're looking for an Associate Product Manager – Growth who can help more users discover ImagineArt, experience its value, and keep creating.
You’ll work closely with senior product and growth leaders to identify opportunities, launch experiments, and improve the user journey—from discovery and signup to activation and retention.
Organic social will be a key focus. You’ll explore how platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn can drive qualified traffic and product adoption, while helping connect those channels to a better experience inside ImagineArt.
This role suits someone early in their career who combines product curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong execution. You’ll take ownership of clearly scoped initiatives, collaborate with experienced teammates, and build your product judgment through hands‑on experimentation.
Identify growth opportunities: Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, social trends, and competitor activity to find opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Run growth experiments: Help turn ideas into clear hypotheses, define success metrics, launch tests, and recommend whether to scale, improve, or stop an initiative.
Support organic acquisition: Test content formats, messaging, creator collaborations, and distribution strategies across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Improve the user journey: Identify friction in landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and feature discovery, then work with the team to improve conversion and help users reach their first successful creation.
Translate insights into product work: Write clear briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for growth initiatives.
Work across teams: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative to move experiments from idea to launch.
Measure what matters: Maintain experiment trackers and dashboards, monitor acquisition and product metrics, and communicate findings with clear next steps.
Build repeatable growth loops: Help connect content, creators, sharing, referrals, and product experiences into sustainable sources of growth.
Use AI and automation: Explore tools that make research, analysis, reporting, and experimentation faster.
Document learning: Record results so the team can build on successful experiments and learn from unsuccessful ones.
0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or a related field. Strong internships, university projects, and independently built products also count.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
A basic understanding of product funnels, user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
Familiarity with major social platforms and curiosity about how content reaches audiences and drives user action.
Comfort working with spreadsheets and data to answer questions and support decisions.
The ability to break an unclear problem into practical steps and follow through.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain ideas, requirements, and findings clearly.
A willingness to ship, gather feedback, and improve.
Interest in generative AI, consumer technology, and how people use creative tools.
Availability to work full-time, on‑site at NSTP, Islamabad.
Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.
Basic SQL knowledge or experience with Python, scripting, or automation tools.
Familiarity with A/B testing, event tracking, and cohort analysis.
Experience growing a social channel, newsletter, community, or digital product.
Exposure to AI, SaaS, or consumer technology products.
Experience with creator partnerships, referral programs, or community‑led growth.
A portfolio of experiments or projects showing what you tried, what you measured, and what you learned.
Launching well‑defined growth experiments and following through on results.
Using data and user feedback to identify meaningful opportunities.
Improving measurable outcomes such as qualified traffic, signup conversion, activation, or retention.
Delivering clear requirements that help teams execute efficiently.
Building an understanding of which audiences, messages, and product experiences drive adoption.
Taking increasing ownership of growth initiatives as your skills and judgment develop.
