Job summary

TechieMinions in Lahore is seeking fresh graduates and early-career developers to join as AI product delivery engineers. You will own features from concept to validated production, ensuring quality and clear communication with clients.

Leverage AI tools like Claude and Codex to prototype and deliver high-velocity software, collaborating with product, design, and engineering in a fast-paced, open environment. This is a 5-day onsite role in Lahore with no remote option.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience, recent graduates encouraged.
• Outstanding academic background is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex is a significant plus.
• Excellent English communication for client interactions.

Tasks

• Own the full delivery cycle — take raw, often ambiguous requirements all the way through to production, validation, and testing, with a strong sense of ownership at every stage.
• Build and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end, turning ideas into working, validated software with speed and quality.
• Leverage AI coding tools and agentic pipelines (e.g., Claude and Codex) to prototype, iterate, and deliver at high velocity — orchestrating agents to move from requirement to working software efficiently.
• Use AI to strengthen the code review process — leveraging tools like Claude and Codex to catch issues early and improve code quality — while contributing to design and architecture discussions.
• Own testing and validation — ensure features are thoroughly tested and behave correctly before and after release.
• Communicate to understand the "why" — ask the right questions to grasp the purpose and intent behind each requirement, not just the specification, so what gets built actually solves the real problem.
• Communicate directly with clients as needed — gather requirements, clarify intent, and give clear progress updates, representing the team professionally.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to align technical execution with user and business goals.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, fast learning, and continuous improvement, both technically and operationally.
• Take ownership of outcomes, driving features from concept to validated production with urgency and focus.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience — recent graduates and early-career developers strongly encouraged to apply.
• Outstanding academic background from a strong institution is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex is a significant plus.
• A genuine can-do attitude — willing to push toward limits, take on hard problems, and figure things out rather than waiting to be told how.
• Excellent English communication — a confident communicator who can interact professionally with clients, ask the right questions, and understand the reasoning behind the work rather than just building to spec.
• Strong sense of ownership and a genuine team-player mindset.
• Solid programming fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and build real projects (personal, academic, or professional).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into reliable, working software.

This is a 5-day onsite role in Lahore.
