Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
• 3-6 months of relevant experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and IP addressing.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS; familiarity with Linux is a plus.
• Basic understanding of network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and IP-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Windows and Linux systems and assist with basic system administration.
• Assist with user account, email, and network access management.
• Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Respond to IT support tickets, calls, and emails and escalated complex issues when required.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
• Assist with backup, security, and other IT infrastructure activities.
• Support the implementation of IT security practices and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Perform other IT support and infrastructure tasks as assigned.
