Job summary

Software Finder Careers is seeking an analytical Assistant Manager – Demand Generation to strengthen the marketing engine and align it with Sales. You will own campaign workflows, CRM data, and reporting turning activity into qualified pipeline across the full B2B funnel.

The ideal candidate manages data integrity, conducts dashboards and takes actionable insights to leadership, with a data-driven approach to optimize every stage of the funnel.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing.
• Full-funnel B2B lead lifecycle understanding.
• Hands-on CRM experience; HubSpot preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to debug pipeline & data issues.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams.
• Translate data into strategic business decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from setup through tracking and optimization.
• Build and maintain lead nurturing journeys through each funnel stage.
• Align marketing pipeline with Sales: lead definitions, scoring, routing, and handoff.
• Monitor campaign performance and act on underperforming channels.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with data protection standards.
• Investigate and fix pipeline issues like leakage and attribution gaps.
• Use Power BI and analytics tools to analyze campaign and revenue metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.
• Turn performance data into insights and recommendations for Marketing and Sales.
• Oversee structured data management in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Standardize processes for data cleaning, segmentation, analysis and reporting.
• Document workflows and best practices for consistency.
• Run regular data audits to maintain a clean database.
• Support strategic planning through audience analysis and market trends.
• Identify new target segments and growth opportunities.
• Translate research findings into actionable channel recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and follow-up.
• Communicate performance updates clearly to stakeholders.
