• Experience leading teams and achieving pipeline targets.
• Proficient in HubSpot and marketing automation.
• Strong collaboration with sales and BD teams.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel demand generation strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid media, webinars.
• Scale outbound outreach and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Fulfilment to improve ICP coverage.
• Lead team, processes, and analytics framework.
