Job summary

Software Finder is seeking an Associate Director, Demand Generation to lead our global demand generation function, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate customer acquisition. The role translates revenue goals into measurable multi-channel strategies, overseeing campaign execution, outbound infrastructure, marketing automation, and funnel analytics.

Qualifications

8+ years of B2B demand generation or revenue marketing experience.
Experience leading teams and hitting aggressive pipeline targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate revenue goals into multi-channel demand generation strategies.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid media, webinars, SMS, partnerships.
Build outbound infrastructure and tooling while ensuring ROI.
Operationalize new software categories and ensure vendor serviceability.
Align GTM with Sales, BD, and Fulfilment to optimize lead handoffs.
Develop resources and assets to improve conversion at each funnel stage.
Track funnel metrics, CAC, attribution, and run experiments.
Lead and mentor the demand generation team with clear processes.
Manage budgets and resource allocation to maximize marketing spend.
