S&P Global Market Intelligence in Pakistan seeks a dynamic sales leader to manage a portfolio of about 100–150 primary corporate accounts, focusing on renewals and expanding product adoption.
You will proactively resolve client issues, identify growth opportunities, and close sales and renewals while collaborating with Customer Success, Prospecting, and Product Specialists to deliver a high-quality client experience. Office-based with 2 days on-site.

You will join Team Primary, a dynamic sales unit responsible for retaining and up-selling to S&P Global Market Intelligence's long-tail customers. Established in 2020, this team is committed to innovative approaches, leveraging automation and technology to scale operations. We are a global team of diverse, tech-savvy, and motivated Sales Leaders and Account Managers who support, challenge, and genuinely value each other.
Manage and grow revenue within a portfolio of approximately 100-150 primary corporate accounts in Pakistan, focusing on renewals and expanding product adoption. Proactively resolve client issues, identify growth potential, and successfully close sales and renewals. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Prospecting, and Product Specialists, to deliver a holistic and high-quality client experience. Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving business area efficiencies and ensuring the achievement of definable team targets. Provide guidance and clarify information to support quality work delivery for both clients and internal stakeholders.
All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Basic Required Qualifications: An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 2-4+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, product management, commercial operations, or other customer-focused roles, ideally within the financial services industry. Proven ability to manage a client portfolio, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities. Demonstrated capacity to resolve varied and non-routine client issues, taking accountability for outcomes. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal teams. Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude, committed to achieving revenue targets in a business development environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Ability to actively listen to client needs and internal perspectives, fostering understanding and collaboration. Adept at prioritizing high-impact tasks and adapting approaches based on previous experience to improve outcomes. Proactively seeks new ideas to improve team goals and contributes to initiatives for business area efficiency. Proficiency in interpreting and clarifying technical information to aid client and team comprehension.
