Job summary

Podium, based in Lahore, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to prospect and qualify leads, converting them into sales-ready opportunities. You will evangelize the Podium story, align solutions with client needs, and collaborate with the sales team to set meetings and demos.

Ideal candidates are located in Lahore, speak fluent English, hold a 4-year degree, and have 3+ months of US-facing experience. US sales experience is a plus; prior work with local businesses is valued.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 3+ months of customer facing experience in the US market.
• US Sales experience is highly preferred but not a must

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate & qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
• Master the ability to evangelize the Podium story
• Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives & needs
• Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
• Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
• Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily
• Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed
