Position: Assistant Manager - Organizational Development & Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Organizational transformation projectinitiatives and transformation projects.
• Drive organizational development, change management and process transformation across functions.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
• Support development and implementation of people, process and performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify gaps and facilitate corrective actions.
• Develop presentations, dashboards, reports and management updates for transformation initiatives.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

MBA/Masters in relevant field

Experience:

2–3 years of relevant experience in organizational development, transformation, project management, business improvement or a similar role will be preferred.
