HQ 360 is looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, and HR operations across the organization.
The role requires coordinating with department heads, implementing engagement programs, and overseeing training, performance management, and HR policy compliance. You will work a full-time schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Mon–Sat, based in Karachi, Pakistan.
HQ 360 is looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, HR operations, training, payroll, and performance management.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including coordination with recruitment agencies and headhunters, job postings, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and job offers.
Plan and conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.
Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Assist in developing and maintaining the organizational structure and talent progression framework.
Create and manage employee performance scoreboards and tracking systems.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs and workplace initiatives.
Design and manage the Employee of the Month program, including eligibility and selection criteria.
Support employee retention, motivation, and recognition initiatives.
Prepare and manage the annual employee training plan and training calendar.
Work closely with department heads to identify employee skill gaps and training requirements.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Monitor training participation, effectiveness, and employee development progress.
Implement, communicate, and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Support the development and review of compensation, benefits, and employee reward plans.
Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance data, payroll information, and HR documentation.
Manage terminal benefits and employee separation procedures.
Process full and final settlements in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate and manage the employee performance appraisal process.
Address employee concerns and provide HR support to all departments.
BBA or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in payroll, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Sound understanding of HR policies, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Persistent, hardworking, proactive, and passionate about adding value to the organization.
Strong relationship-building skills with employees, department heads, universities, and external recruitment partners.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems will be preferred.
