Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI dashboards.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, ledger, vendors, and controls.
• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Assist audits and maintain documentation.
• Lead Odoo Finance setup including charts, journals, taxes, cost centers, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with teams and Odoo consultants during implementation.
• Support data migration, testing, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Process therapist payments as per contracts.
• Identify process improvements for reporting accuracy.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Reporting with strong finance fundamentals and hands‑on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The role will support financial reporting and accounting operations, with a key focus on Odoo ERP setup, implementation, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and control account reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain required documentation.
• Lead/support Odoo Finance setup, including chart of accounts, journals, taxes, cost centers, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Odoo consultants during implementation.
• Support data migration, system testing, user controls, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Process and reconcile therapist payments according to contractual terms.
• Identify discrepancies and improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• ACCA Affiliate/CMA/MBA Finance from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or ERP-based operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo or another ERP will be preferred
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of reconciliations, month‑end closing, and internal controls.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
