Job summary

Oladoc in Lahore, on-site in the Finance department, is seeking an Assistant Manager – Reporting. The role focuses on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP work with emphasis on Odoo ERP setup and stabilization.

Requirements include ACCA Affiliate/CMA/MBA Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel, reconciliations, and internal controls are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• ACCA Affiliate, CMA, or MBA Finance qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI dashboards.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, ledger, vendors, and controls.
• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Assist audits and maintain documentation.
• Lead Odoo Finance setup including charts, journals, taxes, cost centers, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with teams and Odoo consultants during implementation.
• Support data migration, testing, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Process therapist payments as per contracts.
• Identify process improvements for reporting accuracy.
